Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site position for a Supervisor/Manager level CPA at our Stamford, CT office. The role involves managing and providing oversight for tax and advisory‑related client engagements, including preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, researching and implementing tax strategies, and resolving client tax concerns. Other responsibilities include mentoring junior staff, developing strong client relationships, and working closely with managers and partners to drive successful project outcomes and achieve clients’ financial goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience with complex tax compliance, strategic planning, and advisory services for businesses and individuals.

• Expertise in accounting, financial statement preparation, and general ledger analysis.

• Proficiency with relevant accounting software and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with industry‑leading accounting technology is a plus.

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, including experience managing and training junior team members.

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and decision‑making skills with attention to accuracy and detail.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and collaborative team environments.

• 3‑5+ years of experience in public accounting or related field.

• Experience working with clients in industries such as real estate, financial services, technology, or healthcare is a plus.
