Our client is seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join their growing finance team. • Prepare and post journal entries.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support month-end close activities and reporting deadlines.
• Assist with cash reporting and account analysis.
• Prepare financial schedules, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Support intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes.
• Assist with accounts receivable reporting and remittance tracking.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives and special projects.

• 1+ year of general accounting experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow within the organization.
