Yuma exists to champion development on Bittensor, an ecosystem that empowers brilliant minds and democratizes access to advanced computing and intelligence. Together we cultivate a space where innovation thrives, ideas are rewarded, and cutting‑edge technology becomes accessible to everyone.

As a proud subsidiary of DCG, a global investor, builder, and incubator, we have the backing and resources to empower the next generation of visionaries. Our role is to support and nurture transformative teams at the critical early stages of development, ensuring the AI revolution is accessible to all who are shaping our shared future.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to our senior leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and keeps operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play a key role in helping our executives stay focused on strategy and execution while ensuring day‑to‑day priorities are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar & Meeting Management:
Own and manage complex calendars and anticipate scheduling needs for the CRO, COO, and CTO.
  • Travel Coordination:
Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and on‑the‑go changes.
  • Meeting Preparation:
Support meeting execution by preparing agendas, assembling materials, and ensuring follow‑ups are captured and completed.
  • Communications & Documentation:
Draft, format, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with attention to tone, accuracy, and clarity.
  • Operational Support:
Track action items, deadlines, and priorities to ensure follow‑through and accountability across initiatives.
  • Cross‑Team Coordination:
Act as a central point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and sound judgment in every interaction.
  • Expense & Budget Management:
Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports and assist with budget tracking as needed.
  • Project & Event Logistics:
Provide administrative and logistical support for leadership meetings, team offsites, and company‑wide events.
  • Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of trust and integrity.
Required Qualifications
  • 4–7 years of experience supporting C‑suite executives, preferably in a startup, technology, or financial services environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to draft polished correspondence and communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Concur, Notion, or similar).
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solution‑oriented approach— you take initiative and stay two steps ahead.
  • Comfort operating in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • A positive, professional demeanor and a “no task too small” mindset.
What We Offer
  • An opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, cutting‑edge environment at a rapidly scaling company led by experienced industry leaders.
  • An innovative learning environment where you can immerse yourself in the latest technologies, contribute to building a transformative new industry, and make a meaningful impact.
  • Competitive base salary, bonus and incentive compensation.
  • Unlimited PTO and flexible time off—work with your leader to take time off when you need it.
  • Professional development budget with flexibility for personal and professional growth.
  • Outstanding health insurance for you, partner, and dependents.
  • Life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with company contribution.
  • Flexible spending programs for medical and dependent care.
  • Paid parental leave.
