Automotive Service Manager

As an Automotive Service Manager, you will lead our service department to deliver exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services. You will oversee the daily operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, efficient workflow, and effective team management. Your role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the dealership’s service goals. Salary + Commission commensurate with experience. Honda experience is preferred.

• Manage and coordinate the service department’s daily activities and staff.
• Ensure timely, efficient, and quality vehicle service and repairs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Develop and implement service processes and standards to improve department efficiency.
• Monitor service department budget, expenses, and profitability.
• Train, mentor, and motivate service technicians and staff.
• Maintain adherence to manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with parts department and other dealership teams to streamline operations.

• Proven experience in automotive service management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive technology and repair procedures.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports.
• Familiarity with Honda vehicles and manufacturer service standards is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and a commitment to safety.
