With the FIFA World Cup 26™ on the horizon, Octagon is assembling a roster of event, production, and hospitality pros ready to deliver unforgettable experiences for fans and brands alike.
We are looking for candidates currently in Octagon Office locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City, Stamford) or in FIFA Host Cities (Boston, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Philadelphia, Seattle, San Francisco). Remote candidates living outside these listed cities may also be considered but will be required to relocate (Octagon provided) to a Host City for the games.

Early January 2026 – End August 2026 (dates vary by role). Contract type: W-2 Employment. Contract positions with Octagon are not benefits‑eligible.

- Freelancers, contract workers, or gig workers with prior large‑scale event or hospitality experience. Previous work in global sports (e.g., Olympics, World Cups, Super Bowl, etc.) is a major plus but not required.
- Individuals available to work in major U.S. cities in 2026 (multi‑day or multi‑week commitments may apply).
- Professionals who thrive in fast‑paced, high‑energy environments.
- Team‑oriented problem solvers with strong communication skills.
- Multilingual abilities a plus.
- Full availability to support all or a majority of the event days (mid‑May – mid‑July).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be standing for 8 hours at a time.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed.
