Brodie Rec League is seeking a City Launcher in Connecticut (Stamford) to open new markets and build the founding team. You’ll recruit at least 24 founding captains in your first season, validate venues, fill gyms, and run the launch period. You’ll stay the face of Brodie in your city at games, open runs, and in group chats.
You’ll work evenings and weekends, reporting to the Sr. Director of Growth, and you’ll leverage your local network to drive growth, revenue, and community.
