Responsible for managing one or more highly complex design programs consisting of multiple projects. Aligns project delivery with broader strategic initiatives and goals. Manages multiple projects and programs, and orchestrates the results to achieve a broad program goal over all support content, MSA, comms and vidoe designs, ensuring that governance controls and design management occur. Plans and implements schedules and monitors program from inception through delivery.

Identifies and monitors areas of risk. Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies;
Managing and utilizing resources across projects. Continuously seeks opportunities to improve design systems, collaorative processes, performance and schedule. Facilitates communication and coordination among projects and over four designers' schedules. Manages stakeholder engagement and satisfaction. Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting component projects or overall program. 5- 10 years of experience.
** Must-Haves:
*** Experience leading Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming)
* Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
* Experience working with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
* Experience using Jira or similar project tracking tools
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to identify and remove roadblocks for teams
* Experience tracking team progress and managing priorities
* Expertise in Figma, Miro, or other collaboration tools
** Additional Skills Considered:
*** Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.)
* Experience supporting UI/UX or Product Design teams
* Experience supporting digital product teams
* Knowledge of user-centered design processes
** Day-to-Day:
** This person will support Product & Design by leading Agile ceremonies, managing sprint activities, tracking project progress, and helping teams stay aligned on priorities. They will work closely with stakeholders to remove blockers, improve team processes, and ensure projects move forward smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while helping teams deliver high-quality digital products and customer experiences.
