The Broadcast Associate will be responsible for a variety of production responsibilities to support our studio coverage. They will coordinate graphics on studio shows and conduct sport‑specific research, especially for CBS Sports Golazo Network, UEFA Champions & Europa League, Serie A, and Concacaf. The Associate will also obtain, organize, and log video footage for use in shows and other production elements.

This is a Freelance position based in Stamford, CT. Non‑traditional hours, nights, weekends, and holidays are to be expected, with some travel as needed.

• Act as Graphics/Font Coordinator on studio shows across our various soccer properties
• Research newsworthy events related to all our soccer properties
• Collaborate on high‑end graphic and visual ideas for talent and studio coverage
• Create graphics, storylines and breaking news for our soccer coverage

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in sports (internships or full‑time)
• Hands‑on experience producing a variety of sporting events (control room experience a plus)
• Knowledge of the entire soccer landscape and able to think outside the box visually
• High knowledge of soccer, both internationally and domestically
• Able to work under tight deadlines and handle a high‑pressure environment
• Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a teamwork environment
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Hiring Salary Range: $47,000.00 - $54,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
