Summary:
** North Coast Asset Management, is looking for a Client Service Associate to join their team. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Operations and work closely with the marketing and operations team. This role is fully in-office out of our Stamford, CT office.

**** Primary Responsibilities
*** Submit and manage client paperwork to custodians.
* Manage and own custodial paperwork changes.
* Enter client information in our CRM and portfolio account system.
* Managing our CRM system.
* Troubleshooting system, custodial and client operational issues.
* Answer phones, and route client requests appropriately.
* Research and resolve any client account issue.
* Help coordinate company lunches and team events
* Welcome visitors and assist with client mailings.
* Help with ordering office supplies, distributing mail, office maintenance and conference room scheduling
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree is required
* Strong command of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Proactive communication and follow-up.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Impeccable attention to detail
* Experience in the financial services industry a plus
* Salesforce experience a plus. This position is a
** non-exempt
** position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between **$62,400 - $66,560
** base salary compensation range. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
