We are seeking passionate History and English Teachers and Tutors to join our one‑to‑one learning model, delivering personalized instruction to middle and high school students.

• Provide a student‑centered, supportive classroom that promotes compassion, tolerance, emotional security, resourcefulness, and independent critical thinking.
• Address individual academic and emotional needs of each student through Fusion’s differentiated approach.
• Teach English Composition, Literature, Language Arts, World and U.S. History, Government, and Economics at grade levels 6‑12.
• Listen to students, peers, and managers to develop and support meaningful learning journeys.
• Adapt differentiated instruction for all students and foster a classroom forum for holistic growth.
• Integrate academic and social‑emotional objectives into engaging lessons.
• Build trust with students, peers, and campus leadership.
• Mentor students to be lifelong learners and leaders.
• Communicate consistently and positively with parents and teachers.
• Participate in campus community activities.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, reflection, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Create a schedule that suits both you and your students.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, with a background in English and History.
• A collaborative and exploratory approach to learning.
• A passion for English and History and a drive to share it with others.
• A willingness to try innovative teaching approaches.

• Strong time‑management discipline.

• Teaching certification.
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience.
• Experience with students with learning differences or ADHD.
• Mentoring experience.

Pay Range: $30 per hour USD. Benefits include medical, dental, vision plans, and more (details in the benefits section above).
