Key Responsibilities
Develop Guides and students to ensure every learner in your cohort loves school, achieves learning at 2× speed, and gains mastery of life skills.
Basic Requirements- Located in or willing to relocate to one of the Alpha campuses (Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or East Bay, CA)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning & development, coaching, or related fields
- Proven track record in designing and executing innovative educational programs
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities, with a history of building high‑performing teams
- Experience working with students ages 5‑18 in educational or developmental settings
- Strong data analysis skills to drive continuous improvement
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position available immediately. You will work under an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as Contractor of Record. Compensation is $100 per hour, equivalent to $200,000 per year based on 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year, with weekly pay periods.
