Manage and oversee the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and professional responses to prospective families (both virtually and face‑to‑face).

Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with outstanding precision and care.

Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on campus or online.

• Shape overall admissions strategy or make final enrollment decisions.
• Operate exclusively in a back‑office capacity without family‑facing responsibilities.
• Function within a sluggish, overly bureaucratic structure.
• Prioritize relationship development without rigorous execution and accountability.

This position ensures that a smooth, high‑conversion admissions process fuels robust enrollment and family satisfaction across all Alpha campuses.

• Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a comparable area.
• 2+ years in a client‑facing role within admissions, enrollment, events, or similar contexts.
• Solid administrative and organizational capabilities; dependable and meticulous.
• Sharp eye for detail and proven track record maintaining accurate applicant records or CRM systems.
• Comfortable managing both remote tasks and in‑person campus duties.
• Able to adjust rapidly and succeed in a fast‑moving, mission‑focused environment.
• Authorized to work in the US and available to work on‑site in Austin, TX;
  San Francisco, CA;
  Santa Barbara, CA; or NYC, NY.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
