• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to real estate businesses operating as REITs, partnerships, and corporations.
• Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team helping to provide industry knowledge and experience.
• Build and manage client relationships by engaging with them on a frequent basis.
• Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects.
• Advise clients and be responsible for delivering high‑quality tax service and advice.
• Participate in and contribute to market and business activities by supporting our practice's high‑growth sectors.

• Minimum two years of experience with corporate taxation, REITs, consolidations and partnerships, and solid knowledge of ASC 740.
• Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, or Master's in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college or university.
• Experience with partnership taxation.
• Excellent advisory and compliance skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate complex information.
• Ability to handle multiple engagements and client service teams.
