Financial Manager
1. Creation, maintenance and oversight of all financial, statistical and operational reporting generated from the Finance department.
3. Supervise designated
FP & Astaffandthedepartment’sanalyticaloutputs.
4. Support all members of the finance department with data and analytical support.
5. Together with the information systems department, understand the various data structures within various applications and how to extract said data.
6. Assist in forecasting and analyzing profitability of service lines throughout the organization.
7.Oversightofhospitalproductivitybenchmarkingsystemsincludingroutinemaintenance,reporting and review of departmental productivity with leaders
9. Manageand Supervise assigned Staff
10.Performs other related duties as assigned or requested by Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, Budget
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 6 years progressive work experience in a hospital accounting or finance department.
- Strong data analytics skills. Proficient with Microsoft Excel. Experience with Epic a plus.
