For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Treasury to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This senior finance leader will own enterprise treasury strategy with a focus on funding, liquidity, capital structure, and financial risk management. The role partners closely with senior leadership, banks, lenders, and rating agencies to support disciplined capital allocation and maintain strong financial flexibility. This is a highly visible position that will shape debt execution, cash planning, and treasury analytics across the organization.

Location:

Stamford, CT - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 - $220,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Lead the funding strategy and execution of term debt issuances
  • Manage the corporate credit facility, including sizing and structuring
  • Develop models for rating agency metrics and liquidity planning
  • Analyze capital allocation strategies and their impact on financial metrics
  • Support relationships with banks and lenders, attending meetings as necessary
  • Prepare presentations for senior leadership on debt and liquidity management
  • Oversee cash forecasting and develop financial scenario analyses
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in Corporate Treasury, Corporate Finance, or a similar function
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA preferred
  • Experience with corporate debt issuance and capital markets transactions
  • Strong understanding of Treasury, liquidity management, and financial risk
  • Proficiency in interest rate and foreign exchange derivatives
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills required
  • Experience managing relationships with banks and rating agencies
