At Members Credit Union (MCU), a job is more than a position—it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and in the community we serve.
We’re a not-for-profit, member-owned credit union based in Stamford, Connecticut. Founded in 1935 by nine Greenwich teachers, we have a long history of helping people build financial stability, pursue their goals, and create brighter futures.

The MSR I builds positive member relationships, provides accurate and courteous service, follows established procedures and regulatory requirements, and helps connect members with appropriate financial solutions and educational resources. This role also supports MCU’s financial education, community outreach, and membership development efforts.
