Optometrist - FT/PT - Stamford, Connecticut

Salary: $90 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, Contractor (Up to 5 days/week)

This position requires an optometrist licensed in Connecticut. The role involves providing vision evaluations, prescribing vision devices, and ensuring proper documentation.

• Provide vision evaluations: check visual acuity, assess binocular vision, intraocular pressure, pupils; perform full refraction and prescribe appropriate corrections; assess ocular health.
• Prescribe vision devices, test patients on all applicable equipment to determine suitable options, and instruct proper use.
• Confirm diagnosis documentation in internal systems.

• Connecticut Optometry License.
• Flexible to commute throughout greater Fairfield County area; experience with inside lane operations preferred.
• Must pass DOJ background check and drug test.

• Flexible schedule.
• Mileage reimbursement.

• Education: Doctorate Required.
• License/Certification: Optometry License Required.
