Role Description

This is a Part‑Time hybrid role for an Occupational Therapist based in Stamford, CT that can lead to Full Time for the right candidate. The Occupational Therapist will deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered therapeutic services in the comfort of patients’ homes and, when necessary, perform administrative or planning tasks remotely. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, designing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in occupational therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention delivery
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence‑based clinical practices
  • Ability to manage time effectively for a hybrid work environment and meet deadlines
  • State licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Connecticut
  • Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Experience in home‑based care or working with diverse patient populations is a plus
  • Familiarity with virtual communication tools and documentation software is advantageous
