Surgical Neurophysiologist

A growing neuromonitoring company is seeking an experienced Certified Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) Technologist to support a high-volume surgical program in Stamford, Connecticut. This role involves providing real-time intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring across a range of complex surgical procedures, with a strong emphasis on spine and neurosurgical cases.

• Perform intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring (IONM) including, but not limited to:
• SSEP, MEP, EMG, EEG, and Train-of-Four
• Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot neuromonitoring equipment in the OR
• Provide continuous real-time monitoring and accurate interpretation of neurophysiologic data
• Communicate critical changes promptly and effectively to the surgical and anesthesia teams
• Collaborate with supervising neurologists and surgeons to ensure patient safety
• Maintain thorough and accurate case documentation and reports
• Adhere to all clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and patient safety guidelines

• High-volume spine (ortho and neuro)
• Neurosurgery and select complex orthopedic procedures

• Active CNIM certification required
• Minimum of 1–2 years of independent IONM experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in spine cases and complex neuromonitoring modalities
• Ability to work independently in the OR environment
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
