This position offers an engaging experience for two Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) who are passionate about working directly within classroom settings rather than traditional pull-out models. Starting as soon as possible and extending through June 11, 2027, youll become an essential part of a collaborative school environment near Stamford, CT.

KeyQualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and appropriate certification (CCC-SLP or eligibility for CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in working within school or pediatric settings
- Enthusiasm for in-classroom therapy models this role is fully integrated, not traditional pull-out
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to student-centered services
- Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
- Provide classroom-based speech and language therapy to students in a dynamic educational setting
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each childs development and learning
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized educational plans
- Monitor and document student progress in alignment with school and district policies
- Participate in professional meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing training
