We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled
** HRIS Analyst
** to join our team! As a member of the Corporate Human Resources (HR) Team, the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst is responsible for providing support and maintenance for our global HR systems, with a focus on Workday.

As the technical point-of-contact and subject matter expert for global system users, the HRMS Analyst will interact closely with our global HR organization and other functional stakeholders.

Reporting to the Director, HRIS, this role will have the opportunity to contribute to continuous process improvement and on-going systems enhancement for the global enterprise.

* Responsibilities and Duties:

**** IMPLEMENTATION
* ** Participate in system configuration, data migration, integration and testing activities.
* Liaise with the company and our implementation partner throughout the implementation project.
* Participate in development of user guides, and training materials for the HRMS.
** SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
*** Support the Workday system by maintaining organizations, setup data, security role assignments, data loads, design of business process configuration.
* Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and make system configuration changes to resolve issues.
* Act as a subject matter expert for HR, IT and Finance on Workday system/data standards and best practices across a decentralized global environment.
* Manage enhancement requests and bi-annual Workday release process, researching new features/functionality and analyzing impact.  Create test scripts, coordinate testing cycles, implement applicable features and communicate to and/or train users.
* Document interface requirements, develop and execute system integration testing.
* Conduct ongoing audit and quality assurance to ensure data integrity and compliance with SOX/internal audits.
** SUPPORT
* ** Develop procedures, training documentation and conduct training for HR users on system processes and functionality.
* Cross-train and provide backup support to other HRIS Analysts as needed.
** REPORTING
* ** Generate HR reports, dashboards, and insights to support functional and business decision-making.
* Proactively identify opportunities to optimize system processes, implement upgrades and improve system workflows.
* Stay current on Workday features and functionality, recommending improvements to drive efficiency.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
** Qualifications and

Required Skills:

*** 5+ years with Workday HCM configuration, maintenance, and security.  Experience implementing Workday modules such as Advanced Reporting, Talent, Recruiting, Absence and Time Tracking preferred.  Workday Pro Certification a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related field.
* Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.  Experience conducting training and leading enhancement/new module rollout and testing.
* Customer service oriented and highly detail-oriented.
* Self-starter with the ability to work on projects with minimal supervision and sense of urgency.#LI-AH3#LI-ONSITE
