Project Management, Analytics, and Systems

This role will serve as the owner of the project management, analytics, and systems work for the HR team, responsible for setting up and maintaining efficient and effective systems to store, analyze, and act upon various forms of HR data. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Project management:
    Partner with HR leadership to facilitate annual processes including leader and employee training;
    Respect in the Workplace training; performance management; annual compliance training; and data audits.
  • Union Reporting and Contract Obligations:
    Identify and fulfill contractually agreed‑upon data requests and maintenance requirements, including facilitating the HR payment process for multiple unions.
  • Employee Data Integrity:
    Own reporting on worker types, financial and travel rosters, freelance employee data, etc.
  • SHRM +1 Duties:
    Act as the SHRM’s +1 in various HR lifecycle activities such as executive contract processing, compensation, and corporate survey super‑user responsibilities.
  • Annual Cyclical Processes:
    Partner with HR leadership to facilitate annual processes such as employee training, Respect in the Workplace training, performance management, and annual data audits.
HR Business Partnering

As an HR Generalist, you will work hand‑in‑hand with clients on all HRBP‑related activities. This includes:

  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment activities for open positions, including drafting job descriptions, benchmarking positions, tracking headcount, and managing budgets.
  • Providing HR operational support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, compensation analysis, and immigration matters.
  • Supporting and facilitating organizational changes.
  • Mentoring and providing guidance to employees to help them develop their careers.
