HR Business Partner – Stamford, CT

A global consumer products organization with a strong legacy and international reach is looking for an HR Business Partner to lead HR for its U.S. operations. Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in the U.S.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance
  • Experience supporting commercial, sales, or operational teams
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Expertise in managing performance reviews and compensation cycles
Preferred Background & Skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (experience with HiBob a plus)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and organizational skills
  • Experience working independently and balancing strategic initiatives with daily execution
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers across U.S. operations
  • Support organization design, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives
  • Lead the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR compliance and strong documentation
  • Manage performance management cycles, compensation reviews, and leadership development
  • Oversee employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and drive engagement efforts
  • Lead HR projects such as process improvements and HRIS optimization
  • Collaborate with global HR and operational teams to align with company values and strategies

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
