We are hiring for an Identity Manager position with our client.

Job Details:

• Job Title: Identity Manager
• Location: Stanford, CT
• Job Type: Permanent Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Update user accounts for Name Change Requests and user transfers.
• Update entries in the GRN Address Book for changes in Office Phone numbers, Location, Department, Employee Number.
• Create eRooms and Lotus Notes Distribution Lists upon receipt of requests.
• Review access on New Server Builds and configure Power Keeper for requested servers.
• Terminate access for users who have left the company.
• Support internal and external audits and provide documentation for requests.
• Provide reports to business owners for Annual Access Recertification and work with them to make changes to access.
• Support IT groups and business units as requested.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access issues raised in Remedy tickets or requests from Service Centre personnel.
• Participate in IT projects as advisors or participants.
• Review reports and cleanup of obsolete user accounts in Active Directory, Mainframe, and SAP.
• Maintain Security Access Management documentation and provide training to team members and other groups as needed.
• Comply with all security policies and data privacy regulations and enforce security policies.
• Participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation.
