Our client is a leading health-tech company focused on transforming patient referral management and healthcare connectivity, with a goal of enhancing healthcare outcomes through innovative technology solutions that will improve the efficiency and accessibility of care for both patients and providers. They are seeking a Five9 Administrator to join their team where you will act as the subject matter expert for the entire company.

• Job Title: Five9 Administrator
• Location: 100% Remote

• Hands‑on experience as a Contact Center Administrator in a high‑volume call center with a focus on outbound dialing campaigns
• 3+ years of experience utilizing Five9
• Proficient with reporting using Five9 and Excel

• Degree in technical fields (engineering, computer science, network, information technology, or related fields)
• Healthcare tech or knowledge of healthcare regulations is a plus
• Familiar with cloud‑based technologies, API integrations, and CRM systems is a plus

$110,000 – 120,000 K base salary (Based on experience)
