アカウントエグゼクティブは、ダイレクトセールスにより獲得した顧客契約の維持と、新製品やサービスの導入による契約拡大を担当します。

• Cレベルのエグゼクティブと直接会話し、ガートナーのプロダクトとサービスによる戦略を提案・実行
• アカウントマネジメントを通じて顧客満足度を向上させ、顧客維持とアカウントの成長を促進
• 売上や顧客獲得の予測を定期的に見直し
• 自身の知見や意欲、経営層への訴求力を活かす
• 顧客との密接な関係構築と、ビジネスに役立つベストプラクティスの提供
• ガートナーのプロダクトとサービスに関する深い理解を持つ

• 学士号または修士号取得者で、優秀な学業成績や活動経験があること
• エンタープライズ向けソリューションセールス経験3年以上（特にITインテグレーションやソフトウェア販売経験者優遇）
• 論理的思考、洞察力、コミュニケーション能力を持ち、目標達成に意欲的であること
• 戦略的な顧客開拓と売上向上のための計画立案ができること
• Cレベルやシニアレベルの関係構築経験があること
• 販売プロセス全体の知識と経験を持つこと

• 複雑な問題解決や臨機応変な対応ができる
