  • Develop and maintain data processes and quality controls that ensure reliable information across systems.
  • Provide technical assistance and data entry support as needed to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Help identify trends or key metrics that illustrate CLC’s progress and program outcomes.
Analysis, Reporting and Compliance

  • Create and update dashboards, charts, and tables that make data clear and useful to staff and leadership.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure data entry and reporting deadlines are met.
  • Conduct routine data checks to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Use analysis to support program improvements and highlight outcomes for children and families.
Collaboration and Support

  • Provide guidance and training to staff on data entry, reporting, and interpretation.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Program Services to align reporting and analysis with agency goals and state/federal requirements.
  • Support leadership by providing reports, dashboards, and insights needed for presentations and decision-making.
  • Contribute to a culture of learning and improvement through reliable, well‑organized data practices.
Qualifications
