Responsibilities- Act as the primary owner of Amazon Seller Central catalog operations for the U.S. and Canad
- Ensure all product listings meet Amazon’s compliance standards and align with Stokke’s brand guideline
- Translate product launches, marketing initiatives, and merchandising priorities into Amazon-ready conten
- Maintain variation integrity, brand consistency, and best-in-class listing quality across all ASIN
- Stay informed on Amazon platform updates, new tools, and emerging marketplace trends—sharing insights proactively across team
- Develop catalog optimization strategies including titles, bullet points, attributes, keywords, and A+ conten
- Solve daily catalog challenges including suppress ions, stranded inventory, variations, and attribute conflict
- Monitor and optimize key catalog KPIs such as Buy Box status, content quality scores, and suppressed ASIN report
- Build and manage promotional campaigns including Coupons, Deals, Lightning Deals, and Subscribe & Sav
- Partner with Analytics to test, measure, and refine catalog and promotional performanc
- Align marketplace execution with inventory planning, sales strategies, and marketing calendar
- Create and refine SOPs for Amazon content operations to improve accuracy and operational efficienc
- Track all listing updates, catalog changes, and promotional activities using Smartsheet and Jir
- Ensure all content and catalog updates adhere to global standards for accuracy, compliance, and brand representatio
- Resolve listing violations and maintain full catalog health across the marktplac
- Deliver actionable insights and continuous improvements that support sustainable marketplace growt
- Partner closely with Inventory Planning, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales, and Brand Marketing to ensure strong operational alignmen
- Collaborate with Analytics COE to evaluate content performance, promotional impact, and overall Amazon healt
- Produce clear, concise reporting that highlights challenges, opportunities, and data-driven recommendation
- Support the Ecommerce Director with visibility into marketplace performance and operational milestone

You understand Amazon inside and out—from catalog rules to compliance to promotional mechanics—and you excel at turning complex problems into structured, scalable solutions. You communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities with confidence, and bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything you tou.
Experience Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon merchandising, Amazon content operations, or ecommerce marketplace manageme
- Deep expertise with Amazon Seller Central, listing optimization, and A+ conte
- Strong understanding of Amazon compliance, catalog troubleshooting, and platform workflo
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet and Ji
- Familiarity with Amazon marketplace analytics tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Stackline, etc
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage complexity and maintain accura
- Experience working cross-functionally with supply chain, creative, analytics, or ecommerce tea
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fie
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspa
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—able to translate data into actionable recommendatio
