Responsibilities- Design, document, and continuously improve operational processes, workflows, and standard ways of working.
- Help facilitate quarterly and strategic planning sessions by organizing pre‑work, capturing discussion points, and ensuring outcomes are clearly documented and followed through.
- Own the structure and coordination of recurring team ceremonies, including retrospectives and cross‑functional alignment meetings.
- Maintain and organize team knowledge hubs including Jira, , and SharePoint sites.
- Coordinate internal workflows and manage the "how we work" processes that support consistency across daily operations.
- Support onboarding for new team members by managing access to tools, team materials, and operational walkthroughs.
- Prepare and deliver executive‑ready presentations that summarize team priorities, milestones, risks, and strategic updates.
- Maintain alignment between the team and cross‑functional partners to ensure shared understanding of timelines, status, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain visibility into team workload, capacity, and delivery capabilities.
- Translate intake, backlog, and in‑flight work into clear capacity and delivery storytelling for leadership and partner teams.
- Support the development of business cases by clearly articulating trade‑offs, constraints, and delivery implications.
- Act as a central operational point of contact for cross‑functional partners to enable smooth handoffs and alignment.
- Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and propose operational solutions to improve clarity, alignment, and day‑to‑day execution.
- Experience building and presenting executive presentations.
- Experience in digital marketing operations within a website or digital experience environment.
- Ability to analyze workload, capacity, and delivery data and clearly communicate implications to leadership.
- Proficiency with workplace tools such as Adobe, Jira, and
- Experience leading team ceremonies and building consistent rhythms for planning and communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Strong understanding of website experience delivery and digital marketing workflows.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
