As a key advocate for technology within our network office, you will play a vital role in enhancing the practices of financial advisors and their teams. Your mission will be to facilitate the effective use of both new and existing technologies, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into daily workflows.
This position requires 100% onsite availability in Stamford, CT (06902).
Your Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors and team members to understand their unique business needs.
- Consult on the effective implementation of technology throughout the insurance and investment sales cycle.
- Engage proactively with leadership and teams to maximize the value of our technology suite.
- Tailor your approach to clearly demonstrate the benefits of technology to diverse audiences.
- Act as a feedback loop to ensure our tech applications meet user needs.
- Identify gaps where technology can enhance financial advisors' practices.
- Articulate the advantages of leveraging technology for improved client and advisor experiences.
- Develop individualized action plans to help financial advisors optimize their business practices.
- Facilitate training sessions to promote technology as a productivity tool.
- Support technology rollouts by preparing users for successful deployment.
- Track and report on engagement efforts to local and corporate management.
- Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultation, preferably in financial services.
- 3+ years of coaching/training experience in optimizing business through technology.
- Strong understanding of software technology focused on sales practices.
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive measurable improvements.
- Experience leading and facilitating group training sessions.
Compensation Range:
- Pay Range - Start: $69,370.00
