Job Title:

Systems Support Analyst

Location:

Stamford, CT (5-days Onsite)

Duration: 6 months contract, with intention to convert to FTE.

Presidio is seeking a Systems Support Analyst to provide functional and technical support for enterprise information systems. This role is responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and supporting system configurations, assisting with system implementations, and ensuring technology solutions align with business and operational needs. The analyst will work closely with department stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to support system reliability, data integrity, and service delivery.

• Update and maintain the client’s information service management system (ITSM)
• Support project coordination and administration activities, including tracking project milestones, providing status, updates and liaising with internal departments.
• Analyze and document business processes, system requirements, and workflows to support system enhancements and implementations.
• Assist in the design, testing, customization, and implementation of new systems, upgrades, and application enhancements.
• Evaluate current and target-state systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, data protection standards, and system access controls.

• Experience with ticketing systems (like Service Now), remote support tools, and systems like Active Directory, SCCM, or Intune.
• Awareness of endpoint, security antivirus, and IT security best practice
• An understanding of how to gather and validate business and functional requirements for the customization and implementation of SaaS applications.
• Understanding of system security, access controls, and data protection practices.
