Job Description Dev Sec Ops  Engineer Overview As a Dev Sec Ops  Engineer, you will lead cloud infrastructure and security integration efforts, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. Collaborate with engineering and security teams to implement secure, efficient, and automated workflows across the organization. Drive innovation in cloud governance, cost optimization, and compliance automation within a hybrid work environment. Dev Sec Ops  Engineer

Key Responsibilities & Duties Design and maintain AWS-based cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Docker. Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines in Git Lab to ensure secure and efficient software delivery. Implement Dev Sec Ops  practices, including security scanning, vulnerability management, and compliance automation. Define and enforce cloud governance policies, cost management, and architectural standards across the organization. Build observability and monitoring solutions to enhance system reliability and incident response.

Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure audit readiness and adherence to control frameworks. Accelerate developer productivity through self-service tooling and standardized deployment patterns. Mentor engineers on cloud architecture and operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Stay informed on emerging technologies to drive innovation and technical direction within the organization.

Dev Sec Ops  Engineer

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 8 years in platform engineering, Dev Ops, or infrastructure roles, with deep AWS expertise. Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, such as Terraform or Cloud Formation.

Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and serverless architectures, including Lambda. Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline management, preferably using Git Lab. Expertise in Dev Sec Ops  practices, including security scanning and compliance automation. Familiarity with cloud governance, cost optimization, and architectural best practices. AWS certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Excellent analytical and communication skills to influence technical and business stakeholders effectively.
