About the Department The Franklin Innovation Research, Strategies and Technologies (FIRST) team serves as Franklin Templeton's hub for innovation, helping the firm identify, develop, and advance opportunities at the intersection of investment management and emerging technologies. The team plays a key role in shaping the firm's digital assets strategy and bringing innovative solutions to market, while fostering collaboration across business, investment, and technology functions.

Role Summary Franklin Templeton is hiring a Client Success Manager to join the Goals Optimization Engine (GOE) Product Organization within FIRST. GOE helps wealth managers apply goals-based investing through innovative digital solutions. The Client Success Team partners with clients and internal stakeholders to drive adoption, integration, and long-term success of Franklin Templeton’s digital capabilities. Team members work across Product, Technology, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Risk to deliver scalable solutions that improve the client experience.

Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.

Advise clients on solution design and business needs.

Support user experience, feasibility, and delivery decisions.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to launch new capabilities.

Partner with Product and Technology teams on scalable solutions.

Lead process improvements and team communication initiatives.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients and partners.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role Experience, Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in a business, finance, technology, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in asset management, wealth management, technology, consulting, or related industries.

Experience as a registered representative is preferred.

Management consulting experience is a strong plus.

Experience in a B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) environment is preferred.

Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is a plus.

Technical Skills Strong understanding of investment concepts, financial markets, and investment products.

Experience working with wealth management technologies, web-based technologies and understanding of API and domain architecture.

Knowledge of digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.

Familiarity with fintech solutions and client-focused innovation.

Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
