We are seeking an experienced IT Network Administrator to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across servers, networks, cloud platforms, end-user devices, and business applications. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of IT systems while providing technical support to users across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support LAN/WAN, VPN, internet, and communication systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot servers, workstations, printers, phones, and networking equipment.
- Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, and related technologies.
- Monitor system performance, security, antivirus, and patch management.
- Provide end-user support, onboarding, and remote troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and ticketing systems.
- Assist with hardware/software deployments, upgrades, and system migrations.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and implementation.
- Research, recommend, and implement new technologies and IT solutions.
- Communicate project and support status updates to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of network and systems administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Microsoft 365
- VMware and Hyper-V
- Cisco networking technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting users remotely.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SQL Server and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
