Cloud Engineer

• This job is responsible for leading the most complex technical designs that enable business strategies in accordance with architectural governance, standards and policies.
• Key responsibilities include facilitating deployment of the most complex technical solutions by developing templates, Terraform modules, Ansible playbooks and automation used during implementation.
• Job expectations include consistently looking for opportunities to improve the reliability and efficiency of implementing the services, and influencing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Candidate is responsible for designing End to End solutions using AWS services RDS PostgreSQL, Aurora PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Elasti Cache, SQS, SNS, Event Bridge and Data Firehose.
• Experience with Terraform is highly recommended.
• Experience with all other shared AWS services like Key Management Service, IAM, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, Config, S3, Artifact, Secrets Manager.
• Serves as a consultant on a broad range of technologies, platforms, and vendor offerings to drive targeted business outcomes
• Develops software solutions to address manual and repeatable work or inefficient processes and contributes to the technology strategy for end-to-end engineering solutions and provides feedback to the architecture teams
• Participates in various steering committees for technical and infrastructure service domains
• Leads the evaluation of reference models, blueprints and playbooks to ensure they are fit for purpose
• Creates an inclusive and healthy working environment and help to resolve organizational impediments/blockers
• Experience with Ansible playbook is plus

• AWS Solution architect experience is required.
• AWS Cloud Engineer with expertise in AWS RDS PostgreSQL, Aurora PostgreSQL, SQS, SNS, Event Bridge and Data Firehose, DynamoDB, Elasti Cache,
• Experience working with OPA policies

• AWS Solution Architect and AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer certification is great plus.
