Senior In-House Litigation Attorney
Join Epic’s legal team as a Senior In-House Litigation Attorney. The position is based at our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area (financial relocation assistance provided).
Responsibilities include:
- Managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other risk areas.
- Handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
- Forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
- Expanding your knowledge and leadership responsibilities as the company grows globally.
Qualifications:
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
- Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
