We are working with a dynamic boutique law firm seeking a Finance Associate for their Stamford, CT office. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience representing financial institutions and borrowers. Experience in senior secured and mezzanine financings is strongly preferred. Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and large-firm or equivalent experience.
CT Bar admission, or the ability to become admitted in CT, required. NY Bar admission is a plus.
