What you will be doing:Handle all types of injury matters from pre-litigation through trial preparation.
Deal directly with clients, engage in motion practice, take and defend depositions, settle cases and conduct all aspects of litigation.
3-5 years of experience in personal injury law.
Need Bar license.
Experience dealing directly with clients.
Experience with all aspects of litigation.
Strong verbal and writing skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
