Our Bilingual Department Managers take the lead as the Agronomics expert in the branch, working closely with customers on any or all needs within the department to ensure excellence.

• Assist Branch Manager with the sales and operations planning process, statistical demand forecasting, and integration of supply and demand plans.
• Promote an incident‑free environment by emphasizing safety daily through leading by example.
• Encourage a strong safety culture through workplace organization, training and execution of policies.
• Understand and execute the principles of inventory management, target customer mix and sales.
• Create a positive environment for employees which encourages teamwork in alignment with Site One DNA.
• Train and develop agronomic staff to be knowledgeable of the Agronomics product line and customer needs to support achievement of departmental sales goals.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance.
• Support other branch departments and customers as needed.

• 1‑3 years of experience in the green industry and an understanding of agronomic or lawn care maintenance products, preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency – candidates who are conversational in English/Spanish are preferred.
• Excellent customer service and management skills.
• Experience with sales and operations planning and forecasting.
• Understanding of accounting fundamentals; including debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable and budgets.
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• For internal candidates only:
  Line of Business (LOB) Certification Level I or higher, preferred.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Starting at $47,682 a year.
