Compensation:
Pay Range: $90,000-$95,000 Per Year
Description:
This position involves managing the day-to-day operations of a residential services program in Stamford, CT. Responsibilities include supervising counselors, organizing treatment schedules, and handling client crises. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, and a current license in CT.
Requirements:
Current license from the state of CT (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LADC preferred) Minimum of three years of supervisory experience Strong leadership skills with a track record of accomplishments Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Experience in residential services preferred Proficient in generic technology tools
