About the Role

You will be the leader responsible for the global business performance (sales, margins, etc) of a Food Prep product portfolio driving significant growth in the category. You will lead a team of Product Marketers responsible for end-to-end product development - collaborating with global teams to bring exceptional products to market, strengthening the portfolio, and ensuring flawless, on‑time execution.

We’re seeking a creative, insight‑driven, and consumer‑obsessed Global Director of Product Marketing to drive the future of our Food Prep portfolio
. This role is ideal for someone who loves being in the kitchen, is passionate about understanding the home blending, ice cream, and food prep experience for global consumers, and is skilled at turning consumer insights into compelling innovation stories & products consumers will love.

In this role, you will be expected to be an expert in the key Food Prep sub‑categories (Blending, Food Processing, Mixing, and Ice Cream) – understanding the global markets, blending & processing trends, and have deeply understand how people use these products around the world. You will drive product innovations that surprise, delight, and bring joy to our consumers.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Vision & Leadership
  • Shape/communicate forward‑looking category strategy that supports corporate strategies
  • Lead team of Global Product Marketing Managers – inspire the Global Food Prep team to become experts in their sub‑categories and drive growth through rapid consumer insights centered innovation, product development execution excellence & best‑in‑class launches
  • Owner of product development execution from concept to launch – ensure Food Prep projects are completed on‑time, within spec
  • Champion culture of creativity, agility, & consumer‑first thinking across organization.
Portfolio & Pipeline Management
  • Build portfolio of existing/new product that win in the market
  • Gain share, grow topline revenue and margins to exceed Category goals
  • Evaluate all projects for impact, feasibility, and strategic fit
  • Ensure steady pipeline of validated concepts ready for 3‑year roadmap
Consumer Insight & Market Understanding
  • Be a global expert in Food Prep– fully understand the Global market, key competitors, retail assortments, and market/consumer trends
  • Deeply understand the various types of consumers and understand what is happening on social media, trends, & key pain points with home use
  • Identify knowledge gaps & build learning plans with research teams to uncover deeper emotional and functional drivers behind Food Prep usage/behaviors
Product Innovation & Storytelling
  • Translate insights into roadmap filled with creative products and solutions that spark excitement with consumers, our sales teams, and customers & drive growth
  • Craft clear, compelling product stories that elevate everyday blending moments and bring the Cuisinart brand to life in the kitchen.
  • Develop an innovation pipeline rooted in real consumer needs — with every concept designed to surprise, delight, and inspire joy at home.
Product Development & Launch Execution
  • Lead product development from idea to shelf - define features, positioning, specs, and pricing that make products both meaningful and competitive.
  • Partner with advanced concepts, design, engineering, sourcing, and packaging to ensure products meet our standards for quality, margin, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and milestones across global teams to ensure timely, seamless execution.
  • Support product testing, quality validation, sustainability goals, & regulatory compliance.
Go‑to‑Market & Story Amplification
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to bring the product story to life across all channels — from packaging and content to retailer storytelling and digital activation.
