Position: Marketing Coordinator (ASAP hire)

The Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of creative marketing and sponsorship initiatives, with a focus on sport-related campaigns. This role helps manage the end-to-end process of partnership activations, coordinates creative assets across platforms, and provides day-to-day administrative and project support in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Location: Stamford, CT
Schedule: 4 days in office and 1 day remote
Rate: $23-33/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing creative concepts and sponsorable assets for golf-related marketing initiatives.
  • Support the full lifecycle of partnership activations, from ideation through execution.
  • Maintain and update internal catalogs of creative elements across platforms.
  • Liaise with production teams and clients during custom content shoots.
  • Oversee internal tracking systems for creative requests, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Draft creative briefs and build presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support including budget tracking, reporting, and general team coordination.
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to help inform creative and sponsorship strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
Required Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably within media, entertainment, agency, sports, or event-based organizations.
  • Experience with creative development and promotional execution.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent business writing and presentation development skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); strong PowerPoint skills required.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop and Final Cut preferred.

  • Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and confident interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative team player, willing to support last-minute, high-priority projects.
  • Background in marketing, sales, or event-based organizations is a plus.
