Sr. Marketing Manager
LocationStamford, CT|Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Compensation & Schedule- Hourly rate: $45–$60per hour

The Integrated Media Marketing Manager supports the strategic development, execution, and performance management of integrated TV and digital media production for a growth-focused marketing organization. This role owns creative production deliverables across the full sales funnel, ensuring high-quality execution from concept through post-launch reporting and analysis. The position plays a critical role in aligning creative strategy with media performance, brand standards, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Creative brief development for internal teams and external agency partners
- Creative strategy support for brand and product marketing initiatives
- Strategic messaging guidance across integrated media campaigns
- Partnership with media and strategy teams to define execution requirements
- Competitive and industry trend tracking to inform creative direction
- Stakeholder feedback coordination and creative direction alignment
- End-to-end management of integrated media production deliverables
- Campaign asset review for brand, platform, and media compliance
- Post-launch performance reporting and creative effectiveness analysis
- Integrated media or creative production management experience
- TV and digital media production experience across multiple formats
- Agency and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration experience
- Creative brief development and execution oversight experience
- Broadcast television
- Connected TV (CTV)
- Digital video (online video, paid social video)
- Audio media (radio, podcasts)
- Media performance and reporting platforms
