Marketing & Creative Coordinator (Golf Partnerships)

Onsite in Stamford, CT or Ponte Vedra, FL

Scope: 6-month w2 contract with potential to extend or convert, includes options for medical, dental, and vision benefits and PTO.

Hourly Rate Range: $30 to $35

We’re seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing & Creative Coordinator to support our media client’s development and execution of golf-related marketing initiatives and partnership activations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited about creative development, media, and sports marketing.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in developing creative concepts and sponsorable assets for golf and partnership initiatives
  • Support the full lifecycle of partnership activations, from ideation through execution
  • Maintain and update internal catalogs of creative assets across platforms
  • Coordinate with production teams and clients during custom content shoots
  • Track creative requests, timelines, and deliverables using internal systems
  • Draft creative briefs, decks, and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including budget tracking and reporting
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform creative and promotional strategies
  • Pitch in on time-sensitive, high-priority projects as needed
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, media, entertainment, sports, or agency environments
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong PowerPoint and presentation development abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment
  • Highly detail-oriented, resourceful, and collaborative team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop and Final Cut is a plus
  • Experience supporting marketing, sales, or event-based organizations preferred
