the Role

Refer Well is seeking a Digital Marketing & Events Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy and create memorable experiences that connect with our audience. This role combines strategic digital marketing expertise with hands‑on event planning and execution, requiring someone who can seamlessly bridge online engagement with in‑person experiences. You'll be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and building community through integrated marketing campaigns and events that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing
  • Develop and execute multi‑channel campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing
  • Own and optimize Refer Well's public website to effectively communicate the value proposition and deliver an exceptional user experience
  • Build and optimize conversion‑focused landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and lead generation initiatives
  • Leverage analytics to continuously improve performance, implementing SEO/SEM strategy, marketing automation, and lead nurturing programs
  • Collaborate closely with sales to ensure marketing qualified leads convert effectively
Events
  • Plan and execute both virtual and in‑person events including conferences, webinars, trade shows, executive round tables, and company events
  • Support sales enablement by assisting with presentations and preparing sales collateral for events and campaigns
  • Manage the full event lifecycle from concept development and vendor management to budget oversight and post‑event analysis
  • Create experiences that strengthen relationships with customers, prospects, and partners while generating measurable business impact
  • Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals and customer needs
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and event venues
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrated success managing events of varying sizes
  • 4+ years of hands‑on Word Press experience managing website content, building and optimizing landing pages, and implementing plugins
  • 4+ years of proficiency with marketing automation platforms like Hub Spot and various CRM systems
  • Proven track record of executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Technical ability to make design or layout adjustments to improve conversion rates and user experience
  • Data‑driven approach to analyzing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable results
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to drive strategy
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience in B2B marketing, particularly within the SaaS, healthcare technology, or digital health sectors
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Compensation
  • $120,000 – $130,000 including full benefits.
