As a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN), you will provide compassionate, high‑quality private duty care in patients' homes, working flexible hours and collaborating with our clinical team.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where you will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist after hire).
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
