Key Responsibilities
  • Own maintenance and coordination of domestic Personalization product setup needs daily, ensuring all wholesale divisional requests are executed in a timely manner and tracked accurately
  • Support the ongoing setup and maintenance of any Wholesale-exclusive styles within our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) application, including collaborations and custom programs.
  • Execute Price Events in our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tool if necessary to ensure goods are ticketed correctly.
  • Coordinate seasonal Wholesale sample requests, working with Sales and Merchandising to ensure reorders are placed for Wholesale-exclusive products, if necessary, and that we are providing Accounts with any physical samples they require for Digital purposes in a timely manner.
  • Communicate regular product setup status updates to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Identify and investigate root cause of issues within the aforementioned processed and help to guide scalable, strategic solution implementation in order to mitigate recurrence
  • Bring a positive, proactive and enthusiastic mindset to the team
What You Bring
  • Knowledge in retail industry; experience in wholesale/custom is preferred
  • Working proficiency in Product Development, Ecommerce, Order Management, Warehouse Management and/or ERP systems
  • Working proficiency in MS office:
    Excel is mandatory
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and follow through
  • Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
