Store Manager – T-Mobile Authorized Retailer | Brookfield, CT
LUNA Wireless, one of the largest Authorized T-Mobile Retailers in the U.S., is hiring a Store Manager for our Brookfield, CT location.
Spanish bilingual preferred, not required.
What You’ll Do- Lead daily store operations and sales performance
- Hire, train, coach, and develop top sales talent
- Drive KPIs, revenue, and customer experience excellence
- Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and loss prevention
- Lead by example and build a winning team culture
- 2+ years wireless retail experience (high-volume preferred)
- 2–4 years retail management or sales leadership experience
- Strong coaching, communication, and sales mindset
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
