Sales Associates work with the Sales and Operations Managers and focus on new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into classes. Our Sales Associates are always ready to provide great service to our clients and assist with any customer-related issues that may arise. Passion for fitness and knowledge of the Rumble brand is preferred, but not required.

This is a year-round, part-time position. Please do not apply if you are only seeking Summer employment. We are only seeking applicants with availability early weekday mornings (5:00 - 8:00am), weekday evenings (5:00 - 8:00pm) and weekend mornings (8:00am - 12 noon).

• Have excellent sales and customer service skills;
• Be goal-oriented with ability to sell memberships, class packages and retail merchandise;
• Learn to use the Club Ready studio management software system efficiently and effectively;
• Be physically capable of standing or sitting for up to eight hours during a normal workday; carrying up to 20 lbs.; and performing studio cleaning activities that include but are not limited to sweeping, vacuuming and disinfecting surfaces and equipment;
• Communicate fluently in English in person, over the phone and by email;
• Meet tight deadlines and be detail-oriented as well as comfortable working under pressure

• Greeting all clients entering the Studio, developing relationships with members and identifying new members each class, while building our Community and delivering on the Member Experience;
• Executing the Rumble Sales Process that includes lead generation, prospect follow-up and member enrollment;
• Conducting studio tours while establishing a relationship, targeting each individual's needs and fitness goals;
• Presenting alternative sales options and packages to prospective and current members;
• Work with Team Members to maintain a pristine Studio in every respect;
• Participating in special events including Grand Openings, outdoor fairs and markets, sporting and community events, to name a few;
• Continually developing your selling skills; and,
• Other duties as assigned
