Prestige Volkswagen of Stamford is seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative to help grow our booming sales department and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace. This role is part of our unique and fast-paced Internet Sales team, offering an excellent entry into the retail automotive industry and exposure to the full dealership experience.

As the link between the buyer and their future vehicle, you will assist customers with questions about the company, potential vehicles, and financing options. You will learn about the latest vehicles and technologies on the market and benefit from our in-house training team with online and in-store programs.

• Answer customer calls and follow up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to Internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience.
